1. Problem/ Incident
I did a mistake of not following the correct flow of the modular scheme. I start my lesson
of the week with the reading skill followed by the listening & speaking, language art and
writing skill. This cause a problem during my pre-observation where, I used the same
text for the listening lesson as well which make my lesson more to repetition of the
previous lesson with just different skill.

2. Analysis
I had to follow the flow of my timetable. The division of the timetable is 2,3,3,2, which
means the reading skill comes first followed by the listening & speaking.
Inner voice
I might find it difficult to carry out listening & speaking activity in 2 periods because that
lesson will need more time to be carried out. I will also face difficulties in carrying out
reading lesson for 3 periods because it will be long and boring for the pupils.
New awareness
No matter what I have to follow the correct flow of the modural approach to make my
lessons meaningful throughout the topic.

3. Future action plans
I will make sure that I follow strictly the modular plans. This is to ensure that the pupils
get the flow of my lesson for each topic. I will make my listening & speaking lesson brief
and effective. I will also plan many interesting activities for my reading lesson to avoid
my pupils to get bored.

4. Time period for future action plans
I spent only a week for my plans to take place. I ensure that I complete one cycle of
modular plan and start my new week with correct modular plan, which is with the
listening &speaking skill, followed my reading, language arts and lastly writing.
