CT STUDY OF HEAD CONTRAST
Infratentorial
Cerebellopontine angle and prepontine cisterns are seen normally.
Fourth ventricle is normal in size and midline in location.
Cerebellar parenchyma and brain stem appears to be normal.
Supratentorial

Predominantly hyperdense mildly enhancing space occupying lesion is seen in both
sides of midline in frontal region along corpus callosum. Mild perifocal edema is
seen .No calcification is seen in the lesion. The lesion measures 50 !" mm in size.

#asal cisterns are seen normally.
$nterior parts of bodies of lateral ventricles are compressed. Third and rest of both
lateral ventricles are seen normally.
No midline shift is seen.
OPINION:
MILDLY ENHANCING PREDOMINANTLY HYPERDENSE SPACE
OCCUPYING LESION IN MIDLINE FRONTAL REGION ALONG CORPUS
CALLOSUM !" CORPUS CALLOSUM GLIOMA "" MENINGIOMA!
