Technology Teaching Philosophy

Technology has impacted schools in many different ways. Many schools have
become one-to-one with laptops, iPads, chrome books, etc., which have opened an
abundance of opportunities for teachers and students. Allowing students to have
their own device gives them a sense of independence while doing assignments or
while learning new concepts. As technology is growing, teachers are able to expand
their curriculum. Within the technology barrier in the classroom, students and
teachers also have a better sense of communication.
The constant growth of technology brings forth many advantages for
teachers and students but one must not forget the importance of kinesthetic
learning. Teachers must be able to incorporate technology into their lessons
correctly so the basis of learning without it isnt lost. An effective teacher will be
able to handle technology and its impact on our school systems every day of
teaching.
