Multiple large heterogeneous space occupying lesions of various sizes are seen in the patient's abdomen. The liver, pancreas, and kidneys appear normal. There are no signs of obstruction in the biliary tract or blood vessels. The opinion is that the lesions represent multiple intra-abdominal masses likely representing peritoneal or mesenteric masses or peritoneal deposits. Correlation with previous records and biopsy is recommended.
