CT STUDY OF ABDOMEN
Multiple large heterogeneous space occupying lesions of various sizes are seen in right
lumbar region , in right iliac fossa and in mid abdomen .The larger space occupying lesions
measure 60x58 mm and 0x!" mm.
Liv! is normal in size, and sho#s normal density of parenchyma. $o intrahepatic biliary
radicle dilatation is seen. $o space occupying lesion is seen.
"#$$ %$#&&! is contracted.
CBD is normal at porta. $o obstructive lesion is seen.
P'!(#$ vi) %ortal vein is normal at porta.
P#)*!#+ is normal in size and sho#s homogenous density of parenchyma. %& is not dilated.
$o parenchymal calcification is seen. $o peripancreatic collection is seen.
S,$) is normal in size and sho#s homogenous density of parenchyma. $o '() is seen.
B'(- .i&)/+ are normal in size and position. $o hydronephrosis is seen. $o calculus or
mass lesion is seen.
B'(- ureters are normal in course and calibre.
$o retroperitoneal adenopathy is seen.
$o ascitis is seen.
(pacified bo#el loops are seen normally. $o abnormally thic*ened + edematous bo#el loop
is seen. $o collection is seen. $o bo#el origin mass lesion is seen.
OPINION:
M0LTIPLE INTRA1ABDOMINAL MASSES 22PERITONEAL 3 MESENTERIC
MASSES 4 5 PERITONEAL DEPOSITS.6
