    Everyone love the sweetness of

    80% of the food in the market is

    Which causes us hard to avoid
    eating sugar and will consume
    indirectly.
    The sugar will make our brain
    unable to detect leptin hormone.

    Which causes us will eat
    continuously as we cant receive
    message from the brain that we
    had fulled
    Which causes some people take it
    uncontrollable .
