Ris la Malta (Rice Pudding)

5 litres of rice pudding


25 tablespoons of powder sugar
12,5 teaspoons of vanilla sugar
2,5 litres of whip cream
25 oranges

1. Mix the rice pudding with powder sugar and


vanilla sugar.
2.Whip the cream and pour it into the mixture
and mix it together. Taste and add more
sugar if you think its needed.
3. Peel and chop the oranges into smaller bits
and mix them with the mixture. (Keep some
of them as topping)
4.Pour the mixture into bowls and garnish with
the rest of the oranges. Now it is ready to
serve!
