Milk powder 350 g
Water 2 bottle of 1.5 L
Sugar 14 teaspoons
Syrup (rose/strawberry/ any flavour) 24 teaspoons
Toolmaria seeds 14 teaspoons
Grated ajar jelly (“la mousse”) 14 teaspoons

Measuring jug Food colour (Any colour)

Serving glass
Method:
1. Soak ‘tookmaria’ seeds in 100 ml cooled/boiled water.
2. Pour water in a water jug.
3. Add milk powder to water. Mix using a fork.
4. Stir until the milk powder is completely dissolved.
5. Measure sugar and add to milk
6. Measure syrup soaked ‘tookmaria’ seeds, grated agar jelly and add to milk.
7. Mix using a spoon. Cover.
8. Allow the drink to chill in the refrigerator.
9. Pour into serving glasses decorated with sugar.
10. Add ice cubes and enjoy.
Iced lemon tea

Lemon juice 1 bottle
Water 2 bottle of 1.5 L
Sugar 375 g

Water jug Lemon cut into wedges
Measuring jug Straws
Kettle
Kitchen scale
Chopping board
Knife
Squeezer
Tablespoon
Serving glass

Method:
1. In a water jug, add teabag and sugar.
2. Pour over boiling water into the jug.
3. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
4. Leave to infuse. Allow to cool.
5. Add lemon juice to the cooled mixture.
6. Leave the drink to chill in the refrigerator.
7. Pour into serving glasses and decorated with lemon wedges.
8. Add ice cubes and enjoy.
