After 35 years of service at Anheuser-Busch I am excited and proud to begin a

new chapter in my life, and introduce my new company Wilke Project Controls.
I have over 30 years experience in project planning, management and
administration. I have been on dozens of project teams as a Planner/Scheduler,
Project Manager, and Estimator. Most recently I was the Schedule Manager for
the North American Zone, responsible for the accuracy of all project schedules in
the zone, while personally creating schedules for capital projects greater than
$500K (more than 250 projects over the past two years).
Prior to that, I was Manager of Capital Planning and Administration for the
Anheuser-Busch Packaging Group, where I was responsible for the cradle to
grave administration of all capital projects - from budget to close. I was also the
Chairman of the Capital Screening Committee, whose role it is to review and
approve all capital projects on a monthly basis.
I have lead project teams consisting of engineers, estimators, schedulers, plant
engineering managers, programmers, resident construction engineers,
construction crews, and project start-up teams.
In recognition of the exceptional processes and methods I created for the
Anheuser-Busch Packaging Group, I was sought out by the Corporate Planning
Group when they were asked to benchmark the A-B Capital Planning policy.
I was the catalyst for the conversion and programming necessary to download all
Anheuser-Busch Packaging Group capital planning information into SAP.
A-BPG was the only Anheuser-Busch subsidiary to have all capital planning
detail (including sundry projects) in SAP.
I was also one of a few Anheuser-Busch Packaging Group employees to be a
member of the transition team for the proposed merger of A-B and InBev,
responsible for mapping CAPEX and ZBB (zero based budgeting) processes.
The defining characteristic of my career has been my ability to work well with a
wide variety of people, from senior management to people on the plant floor.
I enjoy a reputation among my peers as a person of integrity who accepts any
challenge, someone who makes things happen and gets things done. I look
