CONFIGURING OUTLOOK 2010/13

A SIMPLE STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE

Step 1: In Windows, go to Control Panel and click on Mail. A pop up box will emerge where click
Add

Step 2: A text input appears where you must fill in the label for your profile and move forward

Step 3: Fill in the text boxes with your name, IIMB email id and passwords as shown in picture
and hit next

Step-4
It would show that Outlook is configuring and a prompt would come up twice where you must fill in
your alias followed by @iimb.ernet.in

Step-5: Voila! Youre done. Hit Finish and open Outlook to get started.
