Step 1: Log in to your email@flymalaysia.org through this link
https://secureuk1.sgcpanel.com:2096/cpsess2270753582/webmail/Crystal/index.html.

Step 2: Scroll down to Mail Client Manual Setting. These will be used when connecting your Gmail to
the flymalaysia.org email.

Step 3: Login to your Gmail account (a different tab)

Step 4: Go to Settings
Step 5: Click Accounts and Imports Tab > Check mail from other account > Add a mail account

Step 6: Enter your FLY email address and click next

Step 7: Click Next again, “Import emails from my other account (POP3)” should be checked.
Step 8: Edit your username according to Step: 2, enter your email@flymalaysia.org password. Leave
POP Server and Port number as given. Check “Label Incoming Messages” box and using the drop
down menu, create a Label called FLY: Malaysia (This is optional but highly recommended cause will
help organize your inbox). Click Add Account

Step 9: Check “Yes” and click Next.

Step 10: Click Next, leave the “Treat as alias” checked.

Step 11: For SMTP server, Port and checkboxes follow the image below(Can also obtain from your
Step 2). Fill up your username and password. These should be your FLY email and password. Click
“Add Account”.

Ps. Picture below will look slightly different from yours.

Step 12: A confirmation email has been sent to your FLY email, open the tab from step 2, pick a
default webmail client, I used RoundCube but it doesn’t matter. There should be an email with a
code. Either click the link or copy the code and paste it.
Step 13: Your Accounts and Imports tab should look like this. Change “Always reply from default
address” to “Reply from the same address the message was sent” << This is important

Step 14: Go to General tab in Settings, scroll down to Signature, change the email to your FLY email
and add the signature to your FLY email. This will ensure that the signature would only be added to
your FLY email and NOT the default. The email signatures can be obtained from this link
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0BzCy6spbb9Y6MnczZTFzVWNfaWM?usp=sharing

Step 15: Scroll down and Click Save Changes. The process is complete and if you wish to test it, send
an email to your FLY email using a different account. Not this account.

When you “Compose” a new email, you can choose “From”, where you can specify whether to send
from FLY email or your own email.

**Please inform your respective directors once you have completed this section and please DO NOT
move on to the next section until they have informed you to do so. There are some backend things
we must settle before moving on.
