3. Chair and Minutes

Luke to write up the minutes of the meeting.

4. Check-in
5. Purpose

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss membership drive and upcoming events.

6. Relay for Life

Everyone who has not signed up yet from the club will need to do so. Arlene will speak with
the team captain.
The event will be promoted via Facebook.
The "Attack on Titan" marathon will be done to raise money for this event. Arlene will also
organize a tent. In the worst-case scenario, we will join Emily MacDonald's team as she has
her own. Arlene will also ask the AniCu Team if they wish to join. In addition, the club
members should ask a friend if they want to join this event.
This event will occur on the 20th to the 21st of September.

7. Attack on Titan

The marathon will start at 8:00pm (rooms still in need of confirmation) and will happen on
the 20th of September through to the early morning of Sunday the 21st of September.
There will be an extra charge for pizza slices.
Wilhelm will write up a contract. Luke will ask a friend of his to see if they can be a bouncer
for the night so that there is no alcohol brought into the room.

8. Karrakin JCW

Arlene needs to pay $30.00 to attend this event.

This event will take place on the 20th of September from 8:00am to 3:30pm.
Most of the activities on the day will involve gardening and tree planting.
Wilhelm will need to send a copy of his drivers' license to Eeshwar.
Eeshwar will contact the JCW team about what our club will need to wear on the day of the
event.

12. Other Business

Eeshwar will need to bring in the certificates so that they can be signed.
Natalie Meier has officially become the Club Webmaster.
Wilhelm will change the colour of the logo to a brighter yellow for the business cards
