Potovani,
obavjetavam vas da sam radi pisanja dopisa u kojima razliite instance izvjeujem o situaciji, a
osobito onog novim EU dunosnicima (stupaju na dunost 1. 11.) morao u dva navrata dulje uzimati eer
(=turski trajk glau) to je dalje produilo moj trajk, pa je stoga tablicu poslanu u prethodnom dopisu 5.

Ujedno vas podsjeam da mi jo niste poslali pravina pravomona rjeenja mojih dviju disciplinskih
prijava (od 13. 3. i 13. 9. 2012.), niti nadoknadili tetu za svjesno umiljajem uniteno mi zdravlje do razine
trajnog invaliditeta, koja -- zbog vaih dvije godine dugih opetovanih ogluha /njih preko 40/ kojima ste meni
svjesno trajno unitavali zdravlje, a sebi autodestruktivno uveavali iznos odtete koju e valjat za to svjesno
nanoenje tete nadoknaditi sada ve znatno premauje polovicu vaih godinjih prihoda od komorskog
doprinosa, te osobito na mogunost da ista odteta koju ste duni u cijelosti namiriti elite li prestanak mog
trajka, postane znatno veom: 3, 7, 10, 20 ili 30 puta - pod uvjetima detaljno definiranim u mom dopisu od 24.

Ponavljam da sva za naknadu poinjenih teta izdvojena sredstva HOK (kojemu je zbog ovog mog
odtetnog zahtjeva sada moja smrt u neposrednom materijalnom interesu) moe sudskim putem povratiti od
odgovornih osoba (svojih dunosnika - poinitelja kaznenih djela: Laban, Andreis, Trava) u emu sam ja
spreman pomoi HOK-u, jer ne elim da organizacija trpi tetu radi nezakonitog rada nekolicine pojedinaca.

the new EU officials (starting their duty on Nov., 1) I had to take sugar in two longer periods (=turkish hunger strike)

Also, I am reminding you that we have not yet submitted rightful final decision (conviction) of my two disciplinary
reports (sent on March 13 and September 13, 2012), nor compensated me for the damages to my health, consciously
destroyed to the extent of life-time disability, which is now -- due to your almost two years long repeated ignorings of over
40 my official letters by which ignoring you were consciously ireversibly destroying my health and self-destructively rasing
amount of your compemsation for the dameges done to my health -- significantly exceed to half of your annual income from
the chamber contribution, and the possibility that the same compensation that you are obliged to fully settle whether you want
the termination of my strike is likly to become much higher (3, 7, 10, 20 or 30 times) under the terms defined in detail in my

I repeat that all compensation for damage committed by its officials to me CBA (to whom is, in order to prevent
this course of events, i. e. paying compensation my death now in the immediate material interests) can recover by court from
responsible persons (its officials who have done crimes: Laban, Andreis, Trava) and that I am willing to help to the CBA in
that, because I do not want thah the organization suffers damages for illegal operations of several individuals.
