As the manager of Extreme Zip-Line/Face Drop at Wild Water Kingdom, I work with hundreds of young
adults throughout the summer, all with various future aspirations. Each year there are exceptional
employees that demonstrate outstanding work ethic and excel in the execution of their duties. Kelsey is
one of them.
Kelsey was hired as a Guide due to her heightened level of maturity and clearly visible potential. She
started off with intense physical training followed with a multitude of mentally challenging tasks that
ultimately lead her to gain a position as a crew member. She accomplished all tasks and responsibilities
with great initiative and a very positive attitude. She has enhanced the Face Drop department
significantly by continually suggesting new ideas to improve existing processes and to make the Face
Drop team more efficient in their rolls. As well as conceding and executing practical solutions to any
problems that arose.
Kelsey has been a tremendous asset to our organization with her strong desire to work, dedication, and
persistent efforts to go above and beyond her assigned responsibilities. In being part of a team and
interacting with our guests, Kelsey has honed her communication skills and has proven to be both
compassionate and empathic to the needs of our guests.
Kelsey continues to impress me with her knowledge, skills and dedication to her work. I am confident
that she will distinguish herself and I recommend her without reservation.
