Subject: Regarding Intermittent Broadband connection
Dear Sir
We have subscribed to BSNL Business Broadband Plan (05445-267752) at our Obra TPS site office for
past 5 years and have been paying our bills regularly. While the service of BSNL has never been great, it
has fallen below satisfactory for the past two months.
We are facing connection problems almost every day which is causing us huge trouble conducting our
task smoothly as we rely on proper internet to communicate to our Headquarters in Bhopal and various
agencies all over the country which are assisting us in R&M of 5x200 MW Obra TPS.
The internet cable is greatly damaged and breaks regularly by wind, rain etc and your linesman are not
responsive enough to fix the issue as soon as notified and each such instance takes 2-3 days to be fixed
making us paralyzed and disconnected from our offices throughout the duration.
You are requested to understand the extent of our problems and assure un-interrupted availability of
broadband internet at our site office. A quick response to our complaint will be highly appreciated.
