    Kindergarten Class Newsletter
    Next week in class we will learn about Apples, the Fall season and their relationship to
    math! With this fun lesson, we will be making a hands-on creation of applesauce. Lets get saucy!

    Monday:
    Introduction to the fall season, we will be recognizing the colors, and changes of fall.

    Tuesday:
    We will discuss, harvesting of apples and why it occurs in the fall. Well discuss the colors of
    the apples and the varieties.

    Wednesday:
    Well read Johnny Appleseed, by Steven Kellog complete with a craft and a math apple
    counting assignment.

    Thursday:
    More apple math. Your student will have a designated apple they are to bring into class for
    the making of thir applesauce tomorrow as well.

    Friday:
    We will taste the different types of apples and We will be making homemade applesauce in
    class!
