Name of Artifact: KWL Chart

Date: November 3, 2014
Course: EDUC 201: Using Computers in Education

Brief Description:
This is a graphic I created that could be used for any topic of study, but this
particular graphics topic is Native Americans. In the first box, students write what
they already know about Native Americans. In the second box, students write what
they need to find out about Native Americans. In the third box, students write what
they learned about Native Americans.
Rationale:
To demonstrate my understanding of Standard Two: Design and Develop
Digital-Age Learning Experiences and Assessments, I have chosen to include my
KWL Chart. This document demonstrates my ability to incorporate digital tools in
the making of formative and summative student assessments. Through the use of
this document, students can manage their own learning, set their own goals, and
assess their own progress.
