Ready, Set, Record Oral History Volunteers Required.

Have you ever wanted to find out more about the lives of the people who live down
your street? Do you want to help record their stories for future generations?
If so, The Eighth in the East, in partnership with the 2nd Air Division Memorial Library
and Norfolk Record Office, have an oral history training opportunity you cant afford
to miss!
We need good listeners of all agesto help us record the testimonies of the people
who were witnesses to the 8th USAAF in East Anglia in the Second World War.
Well take you through each stage of the process andprovide you with all the training
youll need to get started ,including an introduction to interviewing and transcribing
techniques.
