The tacos al pastor are
possibly one of the most
popular dishes in Mexico. Its
main ingredients are small
tortilla of corn with marinated
meat, which can be a
combination of pork and beef
or pork only. Also the meat is
prepared with a marinade
with ingredients like huajillo
chili and spices that give it a
characteristic reddish meat
and are served with sauces,
cilantro, onion and pineapple.

2.- Pozole

The pozole is a tipical dish of


Mexico. Its kind of soup cooked
with corn, but the name of this
corn is cacahuazintle. The
ingredients of pozole are pork or
chicken, lettuce, onion, radish,
and chilli.

3.- Enchiladas
The enchiladas are cooked with
tortillas of corn, sauce and
cheese. There are many types
such as: Red, Green, swiss, with
mole, beans and mexicans.
Are served with meat, egg or
beans only.
