1. SANCOCHO

 It´s a traditional soup.

 Has potato, yucca, banana, chicken or


meat or pork, tomato, onion and
coriander
 You can mix it with rice and avocado.

 Its flavor is salty (no very salt).

 When people cook this dish use a big


pot in the street, no in the stoke.
 It is famous throughout Colombia.
2. AJIACO
 It´s a traditional soup.

 Has 3 different potatoes (sabanera


potatoes, criolla potatoes and pastusa
potatoes), corn, slides of chicken,
guasca (colombian plant).
 You can mix it with rice and avocado.

 Its flavor is salty (no very salt).

 Sometimes, people like to put


alcaparras in the soup.
 It very famous in Bogotá.
3. CHICKEN RICE

 It´s a traditional colombian dish.

 Has a lot of rice, a lot of chicken, a


few sausages, a few slice of beans,
peppers and coriander.
 You can mix it with fries and catsup.

 Its flavor is salty (no very salt) and


sometimes sweet.
 It very famous throughout Colombia.
4. TOLIMENSE
TAMAL
 It´s a traditional dish.

 Has a lot of rice, chicken, pork, egg,


carrot, vetch, potato, onion and
tomato.
 Its flavor is salt (no very salt).

 You can it hot or cold. Both


temperatures are great.
 It very famous in Tolima.
