Nutrients are substances in food that your
body needs to grow, repair itself and to
supply you with energy.

1. Eat variety of food everyday.
2. Consume fish, lean meat, poultry
and dried beans. (Protein, vitamin B,
iron and zinc)
3. Eat more vegetables, fruits and root
crops.

oil.
5. Consume milk.
6. Use Iodized salt.
7. Eat clean and safe food.
8. Exercise regularly.

Bless me, Lord, and make me a
