GUIDE LINES - IN PLANT TRAINING

AT TVS MOTOR COMPANY

1. On arrival at TVS Motor Company, please show your permission letter to the
security reception at the main gate and report to HR Department.
2. DRESS CODE
Men: Formal trousers and shirts (tucked in) with formal shoes
Women: Salwar with dhupatta or formal trousers and shirts (not tucked) with
formal shoes and should wear apron (apron will be provided by the co-ordinator)
3. The identity card will be issued by time office Plant 1. (Please bring a Stamp
size photo while coming for ID card)
4. After collecting ID card, the student should report to learning center for briefing
on 1st day.
5. Your training will be in general shift (8.15 AM - 5.30 PM) on all days of training
6. You will be provided breakfast/lunch in our canteen during inplant training.
7. You should not leave the premises before 5.30 PM.
8. Maintain discipline when you are inside the premises
9.

Learn

as

much

as

possible,

Focus

on

safety

practices,

technology,

manufacturing system & process (5S, JIT, Kanban, TPM etc...) Organization /
Dept, Structure and our products.
10. On final day of inplant training you should submit a brief report on training.
11. Test will be conducted on the final day.
12. The training certificate will be given after successful completion of the test.
13. Return the identity card at the time office on the last day of your training.
14. Female candidate should return overcoat to the coordinator on the last day of
your training.
15. Ensure to return back the company property at the end of the day such as
components/Instruments to the concerned, if you have used for at the time of
training.
16. You have to make your own arrangements for coming from your place to Factory
and back.
