and Northeast upper corner
of Main gym

Duty
Make sure teams are being safe as they move to the
main gym
Help move people through the lobby who may not
know where they are going
Point people in the direction of the Safety Glasses
table before they enter the pits
Answer questions to the best of your ability
Make sure teams/students do not use the back
hallway as a shortcut
Make sure that unauthorized individuals do not enter
through the back door.
Greet Judges and direct them to the Judges room
if needed.
Answer questions to the best of your ability
Make sure teams/students do not use the back
hallway as a shortcut
Make sure teams/students who are not authorized
to go past your station do not pass (VIPs and
Student Ambassadors will have IDs on Saturday)
Answer questions to the best of your ability
There are generally two people in this area and you may
rotate between positions.
In the lobby make sure guests know how to get into
the gym
In the lobby - Make sure that food does not leave
the cafeteria
In the lobby - Make sure that guests have access to
program (will be set out on a table)
Upstairs Make sure that people know how to get
into the gym
Upstairs Make sure people are not trying to go
down the hallway into the rest of the school
Make sure that no one crosses over to the Aux gym
across the track
Alert Volunteer coordinator/Pit Administration if
people are coming from the Aux gym

If anyone asks for Elevator access, please find the Event Coordinator, Hans Rodgers. He will have keys.
