1. advantages for Indonesian citizen:


Protected

by Indonesian government (but this is one of the causes).


We as Indonesian citizen protected by the law but the problem is there are so
many cases due to lack of law. If our government strong enough to protect the
citizen then this case will not be happen.
Getting jobs and money (with higher income).
In Indonesia itself, the total of unemployed very high. So they are trying to find
jobs by being labor. Sometimes the income of Indonesian citizen less than those
who works outside the country.
2. Disadvantages for Indonesian citizen:
No

protection from Indonesian government.


Sometimes they feel homesick.
Income tax from Indonesian government.

In Peoples Perspective

Advantages :

economies could develop, even if it is still


slow (with many Indonesian people have
employment, that could increase Indonesias economy)
.Reduce Unemployment (with many TKI therefore, the
unemployment rate in Indonesia could be reduced)
2. Disadvantages :

In Government Perspective

Advantages:
They can get into local University easily.
. They get to be promised by the governmental protection.
. They could go across the country easily.
Disadvantages:

Indonesian citizen do not enjoy visa-travel across the


world.
Being a dual citizen would be considered disloyalty.
Indonesian citizenship would have hard time changing
nationality.

In Others Perspective

Citizenships

in every country have their own


similar and different types of benefits and
disadvantages.
Its ones human right to choose their
nationality, according to the article 15 of the
UDHR, so basically Indonesia is restricting
the freedom of their citizen with false
promises for protection from government,
theyre violating their citizens right. But with
new president, it may change today.
