I am interested in completing my Independent Study on one of the following topics *(write exact title and choice of three
separate advisors from the list posted on ZabDesk). It must be signed by the student, Academic Controller and the MS/Ph.D
Coordinator by the end of third week of classes and submitted to the Academic Controller along with the Research Proposal.
No Independent Study Form will be accepted after the third week of classes. Independent Study report must be submitted (in
both hard and soft copy formats) to Academic Controller at least one week before final examination week. Default grade is
F. All ISs will be presented in an open forum on the 2nd Saturday of May and December every year.
