1. Qualification : A previously admitted student who has been dismissed or withdrawn from UST within two years A student may be readmitted only once after deliberation by the University Committee. A student who falls under any of the following shall not be readmitted: 1. A student who has been dismissed because he or she could not receive a degree within the maximum term of study 2. A student who has been dismissed as a disciplinary measure after deliberation by the University Committee
3. Quota - General Admissions : The number of readmitted students cannot exceed the quota of 2012. - Special Admissions(Foreigners, Overseas residents, Entrusted students and North Korean refugees): There is no particular limits. 4. Note A. The president may acknowledge all or some of the previously earned credits of a readmitted student, based on the recommendation of the student's advisor, professor in charge of the major, and the dean. B. Attendance days for readmitted students are calculated from the first day the student starts a program. 5. Process

7. Application Procedure Application Period : Jul 23(Mon), 2012, ~ Jul 25(Wed), 2012 pm 06:00 Visit or send mail to the Student Affairs Team. Applications that have not arrived by the specified deadline will not be considered. Place of Receipt : Student Affairs Team, University of Science & Technology, 217 Gajungro, Yuseong-gu, Daejeon, Korea (305-350) 8. Qualification of an Interview Committee Members A. A UST professor or adjunct professor in the field of a major. B. The Committee should be consisted of at least 3 members. 9. Evaluation A. The procedures of second screening for admission shall apply in this case. B. The successful applicants should be gotten 80 points or above on average. 10. Documents A.
