HB Southern Builders LLC proposes to Power wash all buildings to include brick. Remove and replace
all rotted or delaminating siding and trim on all buildings. Install moisture barrier and new fiber cement
board where needed. Caulk all joints and cracks. Prime all new material. Paint all buildings with same
paint scheme 1 coat.
Scope of Work:
Remove and replace damaged or rotted siding from 2’ up to 4’ around perimeter of buildings as needed.
Inspect studs and framing members for deterioration.
Apply moisture barrier over studs.
Install fiber cement siding (25 year warranty)
Power wash the entire building including the brick.
Caulk all joints and cracks.
Remove and replace rotted siding and trim up to 250,000 square feet total.
Complete clean up of all debris daily.
1-year workmanship warranty.
5-year warranty on paint.
Notes: HB Southern had a representative from ICI paint evaluate the buildings to determine the proper warranty to
offer. After inspection of all buildings it was determined that unless ALL siding and trim was replaced the maximum
warranty that ICI would be able to offer on this project would be 5 years. His report is available upon request.
Exclusions: Permit Fees if applicable, Lead Paint Abatement, Rotted structural members found when
replacing siding. Chimney repairs beyond replacing siding or trim boards.
We propose to provide all labor, material and equipment to perform all work listed in the scopes of work listed above
in a professional and timely matter with all work meeting or exceeding city and state building codes for:

Our bid price is guaranteed for 30 days. Work will be billed weekly as job progresses. Net 30
