YEAR 2 (2A, 2B, 2C,2D AND 2E)

INTRODUCTION
Pupils are now getting familiar with English but they are stille influenced by their
own mother tongue. They prefer to communicate among themselves in their own mother
tongue.
AIM/OBJECTIVES
The aims of the programmes are:
A. to enable the students to listen to and understand simple spoken English in
everyday situations.
B. to enable the students to speak and respond clearly to everyday situations using
simple language.
C. to enable students to read and understand different kinds of texts.
TARGET/PASSING TARGET
For all pupils of Year Two, the passing target is 90%.

Total number of pupils in Year Two is 138.

CONCLUSION
It is hope that the above suggested programmes will help the pupils to use the
language more confidently to speak, to read and to write accurately. Finally they are
able to do well in their tests and examinations.
