Portfolio-What it is

A bound portfolio that exhibits writing samples

from their first draft to their final draft.
There should be at least 6 writing samples.
The kinds of writing can vary.
One paragraph analysis/explication

Presentation

On 2/19 or 2/20 we will be round-table sharing

some of our pieces.
You will be required to share at least one piece
but, as time permits, there will be the
opportunity to share more pieces.
This will also be an opportunity to celebrate
our writing accomplishments so you can bring
food/snacks/drinks to share.

Schedule

02/11: how to pick a your pieces

02/12 or 2/13: revising your pieces
02/17 and 02/18: meeting in writing center to
revise, edit, and type
02/19 or 02/20: final bound, published portfolio
due. Presentation day!
