Quick guide to raise an e-travel request

Please note, you can create individual requests for- Flight or Car or Accommodation or Forex or Visa
or Train.
Please note, if you are raising individual requests i.e. for eg. Flight then you have to do Save &
Preview after filling the travel date and time. So on for other mode of requests as well.
Incase if you are raising a request only for flight (accommodation not required) in this case the tool
will prompt for accommodation and you will get a pop-up, please click on OK and in the next
page check the radio button no accommodation required and then do save & preview and
submit the request (This is only- If you do not need accommodation).

If your request is submitted successfully it should be available to view in your pending section. If
you dont see your request in pending section the please check in your drafts. If you wish to
submit a request which is in your draft section, please open the request and the do Save &
Preview and submit the request.

Group Travel- If you are raising a request for a group which includes contractors/clients (nonAccenture personnel), please mention your enterprise ID and employee number but let the
Traveller Name be as exactly the travellers name.

When you are raising a car request- if you select a car category which is higher than your
entitlement you will get a warning message. You may change the car category according to your
eligibility or you may continue to raise a request with your choice of category by ignoring the
warning message. Travel desk will process the request post your Senior Manager or Senior
Executive approves the request on the tool.
