    EnsurethereisaTrenchingandExcavationPrograminplaceandthatitiswellcommunicated
    toemployees.

    EnsurethereisaConfinedSpacePrograminplaceandthatitiswellcommunicatedto
    employeesifapplicabletoworkbeingpreformed.

    Verifythattheonecall(811)hasbeenmadeandthatutilitiesaremarkedanddepthverified
    beforethecommencementofdiggingactivities.

    Ensurehighvisibilitymarkingsofallforeignundergroundcrossingandstructuresare
    completed.
