The healthiest meal choice for me would have to be Wendy's hamburger meal
based on the total milligrams of cholesterol. I genetically have high cholesterol so if
I have to watch my cholesterol intake. I could easily go with McDonalds or Backyard
Burgers for the same meal based on the total cholesterol but I personally do not
like McDonalds and Backyard Burgers is too expensive. The least healthiest
hamburger meal would be from Backyard Burgers. The calories, sodium, and carbs
are higher than the other resturants.
