It is proposed that the advertisement will be of 25- 30 seconds duration, filmed

at the house of the director and on a nearby street to this first location and
edited at our Sutton facility.

The advert will be aimed at teenagers who go to high school.

The advert will show a boy receiving a text message from a bully; the rest of the
advert will be dark and dull with the boy running to his room. After this, the boy
will receive a text from a bullying helpline, which will make his feel much more
confident. The boy will leave his house and the sky will be bright and sunny and
the mood of the advert will be much more uplifting.

Several locations have been visited and a shortlist has been drawn up:
Suggested locations are:

b) Close ups
c)

Extreme close ups

d) Mid shots
e) Panning
f)

A variety of video transitions such as dissolve and iris

These will be linked together through a variety of different video transitions. By

doing this, it will make my work flow and it will look much more professional and
slick.

Structure
The advertisement will be in colour and in PAL 4:3.
The advertisement will start with a close up of the actor.
Cut to
Then he will receive a text message from the bully.
There will then be a close up of the text to show the audience what the content
of the message was.
The mood of the advertisement will change, and the actor will storm up to his
room.
Then there will be a long shot of the actor lying in his bed, trying to hide.
He will receive another message but this time it is from a bullying helpline, this
will be a long shot.
Once again there will be a close up on the text message received to allow the
audience to understand what the message says.
The mood of the advertisement will change again, but to a more uplifting and
joyful mood. There will be a range of different shots of the actor walking out of
his house. Also the background will show a happier mood, for example it will be
sunny.
