Angle relation to efficiency (pressure drop)

The Static Pressure Recovery Coefficient represents the efficiency of the diffuser
in terms of energy; the value of this coefficient varies from negative one to
positive 1. When it reaches its maximum value it means that the pressure
measured in that point of the stream path is the stagnation pressure, or the
maximum drop of pressure caused by an increased velocity. When the value of
the efficiency reaches zero, its telling us that in that point, the velocity of the
stream is the free stream velocity.
Its known that as the cross sectional area of the stream decreases, the velocity
increases and vice versa. In the experiment setup, as its possible to observe, the
minimum cross sectional area throughout all the experiments was practically the
same; the only parameter that varied was the rate of change of the cross
sectional area which depended on the steepness of the angle.

Is possible to detect that as the angle increased, so did the change in the cross
sectional area
