The Valet is the first impression a customer has when visiting an establishment that offers this service. I always greet all guests in a
friendly and professional manner and I have found using the guest name when possible helps build the customer relationship. I
routinely provide this service by smiling, making eye contact and verbally greeting guests from arrival to property departure. My
people skills allow me to build these relationships, so the guests experience is so good they will return and use the valet service. I am
friendly, outgoing and most respectful. Guest experience is of the utmost important, but so is safety. It is also the valets job to keep
valet lines moving, but it is also important for the Valet to inspect the car for prior damage prior to parking as well as following all
protocol to park all incoming vehicles safely and efficiently. Customer experience has always been my focus, but so is safety.

I worked at Free State Sports Arena as a Camp Counselor during my Junior and Senior High School years. As a summer camp
counselor I was a role model, friend, instructor and leader to children between the ages of 4 -15. My responsibilities included the
supervision of the attendees, ensured their safety, but most of all making sure they had fun and a memorable experience so the
campers would return the following years.
