Client Resoponsibity
- Client must provide Sorted Sweets all the
necessary information needed for the project
- Client will proofread and approve any final
designs and will hold full responsibility after
approval
- In case of any mistake, client must provide
Sorted Sweets with a hard copy
Credit
- Credit to Sorted Sweets will be mentioned on
all publicity/promotion of this project and/or our
relationship includin, but not limited to,
awards, competitions, press releases, etc

Payment
- All payments received are not refundable in the
event where the projects is terminated for any
reason after one week of signing

- Any payment not fulfilled within a period of

time can result in the
withholding/suspension/termination of the
project
Reproduction
- One time reproduction rights for the specific
product are granted to the client. Any other
usage must be negotiated
- All reproduction rights are retained by the
designer. The work may not be reproduced
without the owners consent
Electronic Files
- Sorted Sweets agree to store all final electronic
for a mas of two years
- Sorted sweets will charge_________ to retrieve
any elements of our electronic files, provides
related usage rights have been negotiated

- Any specific requirements on how the project

must be negotiated with Sorted Sweets before
the project begins
Completion and Delivery
- The estimated completion date of the project

- Any delay in the completion of the project due
to negligence of clients, transportation delays,
unforeseen illness, or external force beyond the
control of Sorted Sweets shall give Sorted
Sweets the right to extend completion/delivery
date, upon notifying the client
