As a Customer Service Representative, you will be
responsible for assisting customers who are in need of
assistance with products via incoming calls, emails, and/or
chats. This is your chance to be on the front-line troubleshooting
issues with professionalism and superior service where you're
appreciated and rewarded.
These are temp to perm and permanent positions starting at
$12/hour free skills training, and paid job training. Opportunity
begins on April 8th!
Requirements
HS diploma or equivalent
Computer proficiency, typing minimum 20-25 wpm
Multi-tasking listening, typing, using multiple screens
Background check
