DAILY INSTRUCTIONAL ROUTINES
Students will enter classroom and will be greeted by teacher
every morning
Items, such as sweaters, jackets and lunchboxes will be put away
There will be a daily word search puzzle on their desk that they
will promptly begin as they take their seats
During this time teacher will take attendance
As students complete word search puzzle, they will turn their
papers over
Once all students have turned over papers, teacher will discuss
the words that were included in the days word search

Five minutes prior to dismissal, teacher will state that its time to
wind down our day
Students will get their belongings together for the first two
minutes
Teacher will then ask for students to give at least one thing that
they have learned for the day
As each student gives an answer, they will be able to line up at
the door.
If students that are left need assistance they may use one life
line and ask someone who is already in line to assist them
