I will be successful as the West/Midwest Regional Director because I know I have

demonstrated my passion, skills, effort, and time for Sigma. After a year of being a
neo, I was elected as president for two consecutive years and received chapter
status for my sistership. I have always strived for an above average reputation for
Sigma on my campus, and as I am graduating this semester, I can truly say I
followed through with my goal. I am interested in the position because I know I can
push my region to being actively engaged in Sigma with my relationships with other
sisters and motivating them in a personal manner. I have a godlittle at the Alpha
Theta and the Alpha Kappa sisterships and have been to their Expansion meetings
before they even decided to charter with Sigma, their rush events, and their
induction and initiation ceremonies. I am willing to travel and my relationships with
sisters all over my region will benefit the communication between the EBOD and the
local sisterships. This position will elevate my passion because I want to see my
sisters be successful, and I believe I can be a part of that push for success.
