Four years ago, I came onto Expansion with ambitious plans.

During my term, Anita and

I completely took apart the entire model and rebuilt the program in order to better support our
interest groups as well as build a stronger foundation for our newest sisterships. As Expansion
Director, we added five new sisterships in two years, returning our organization to a state of growth after a
seven year stasis where we only added three sisterships. By taking a reactive stance in expansion, we allowed
other organizations to surpass us in size and opportunity. Through our work, we were able to build momentum
that allowed for a consistent stream of interest to ensure that a slowdown does not happen again. In

returning to Expansion, I hope to continue to iron out the program we built. Since stepping out of
this position, Ive seen many opportunities for improvement that I would like to take on and
finish what I started. I have built many strong relationships with alumnae and undergraduate
sisters, Greek administrations, as well as leadership from NAPA organizations that I am able to
leverage to continue to grow our organization. I will continue to run expansion as a brand
extension of our organization.
