PERSONAL STATEMENT
One of the most common words that sisters have used to describe me is passionate.
Despite being an alumna I have been playfully teased that I attend more events than
some undergraduates. Our sorority shaped an immense part of who I am and has given
to me so many experiences and skills, and that is why I want to give back to the
sorority by serving it.
Having previously been on the Executive Board of Directors and specifically as
Chapter Director I have a full understanding of what this position entails. I know what
it means to be a member of the national board and recognize how to improve this
position personally. I am also aware of the common concerns that program educators
and assistants have since I have crossed four classes myself. Efficiency and trust
through communication are ideals I strive for. I have also been involved in many
different traditions employed by multiple sisterships and establishing new customs for
a charter. In addition, I am familiar with working with varying Greek administrations
and policies. Ultimately, I have the experience and am enthusiastically willing to
dedicate myself as Chapter Director of Sigma Psi Zeta Sorority, Inc.
