first round of negotiations of the Free Trade Agreement between Mexico and Turkey (TLC). In December 17, 2013, Enrique Pea Nieto, and Abdullah Gl, agreed in Ankara, begin negotiations to conclude a free trade agreement between the two nations. The objective of this first round will identify the scope for the conclusion of a comprehensive treaty.
