    Thank you for submitting your application and supporting materials for the ASL Honor
    Society. We, the committee of ASL instructors, have reviewed your materials and were
    impressed by your academic achievement and community service contributions. It was
    unanimously agreed upon that you are eligible to wear an honor medal during
    commencement this year. Your medal and a certificate of achievement will be presented
