Advert 1 Evaluation

I think the advert for the campaign is suitable as it attracts the target
audience. The first thing I done on the photograph was to add a blur,
Gaussian blur. This was put over the trees and background for the
model to stand out more. I then changed the curves of the photo, this
made it sharper and the definition in the photo was brought out. I
then added more colour to the photo. I added Hue/Saturation, this
meant that the colours stood out more, the hue added extra colour
then the saturation changed the tone. The photo was then too light so
I then turned down the lightness of the photo down. The key quality
of the photograph is the definition, the colour is set to the right levels
so nothing is uneven. I think the advert is suitable as it shows
someone caring for their appearance and sells a product.

Advert 2 Evaluation
I think the advert is suitable as it attracts the target audience. The
first change I made to the image was a gradient overlay. The light
was in the middle and it was darker to the edges. I placed the
gradient over the model, this brought the focus onto her and away
from the background. I changed the layer style to overlay, this
meant the gradient wasnt as heavy as it was, I had to do this to
make the model visible. I then changed the vibrance this brought the
colour out in the image. I added cyan a tone of blue to brighten the
photo. The key quality of the photo is the focus on the model, all the
attention is on her, the colors are set so that she is the main
attraction. I think the advert is suitable as it shows someone caring
for their appearance and sells a product.

Advert 3 Evaluation
I think the advert for the campaign is suitable as it
attracts the target audience. The first change I made to
the photo was adding a gradient overlay I placed the
gradient over the model, this brought the focus onto her
and away from the background. I changed the layer
style to darken, the photo was too light so I had to get
the brightness without affecting the whole of the image.
The key quality of the photo is the lighting on the model
and the background, all the attention is on her, the
lighting is set so that she is the main attraction. I think
the advert is suitable as it shows someone caring for
their appearance and sells a product.
