Lifelong learning leads to a chance for personal growth and enrichment in an intellectual sense.
The ability to learn new skills throughout our lifetime ensures that we continue to be gainfully
employed. Discuss

Learning has no end as it takes place at any time and at any place. A person has to accept
the fact that he or she cannot claim to know everything as the process of learning is never ending
and there will always be something that one has not learnt yet. However this must not be the
stopping factor for one to say I have learned enough., or I am too old to learn anymore., If
we say so, then our quality of life will decrease and our performance in our job will slowly
deteriorate. This deterioration is due to the lack of willingness to learn new skills. Learning has
three categories that is, formal learning, non-formal learning and informal learning. Basically, a
person undergoes all three forms of learning in his lifetime. Whichever learning takes place, itll
not end as long as one is willing to learn new things and this should be the way as it will ensure a
better performance in our profession and life.
