Corn crab soup is a dish found in

Chinese cuisine, American Chinese


cuisine, and Canadian Chinese cuisine.
The soup is actually cream of corn soup
with egg white and crab meat or
imitation crab meat added.

Cream of mushroom soup is a simple


type of soup where a basic roux is
thinned with cream or milk and then
mushrooms and/or mushroom broth are
added. It is well known in North America
as a common type of condensed
canned soup.

FOOD
Sipo Egg is a simple dish made out of
mixed vegetables commonly peas, corn
and carrots together with shrimps,
cashews and quail eggs usually served
as a side dish consumed together with
other meat viands.

Kare-kare is a Philippine stew. It is


made from a base of stewed oxtail,
pork hocks, calves feet, pig feet, beef
stew meat; and occasionally offal, or
tripe.

DESERT

A salad is a dish consisting of small


pieces of raw or cooked food mixed with
asauce and almost always served
cold. Salads can be based around a
wide variety of foods
including vegetables, fruits, and
cooked meat, eggs, and grains.

Gelatin or gelatine is a translucent,


colourless, brittle (when dry), flavourless
foodstuff, derived
from collagen obtained from various
animal by-products. It is commonly used
as a gelling
agent in food,pharmaceuticals, photogra
phy, and cosmetic manufacturing.

Iced tea (or ice tea) is a form of cold tea,


usually served in a glass with ice. It may or
may not be sweetened. Iced tea is also a
popular packaged drink. It can be mixed with
flavored syrup, with common flavors
including lemon, peach, raspberry, lime, passi
on fruit,strawberry, and cherry.

Gulaman, in Filipino cuisine, refers to the bars


of dried seaweed used to makejellies or flan,
as well as the desserts made from
it. Agarose or agar is made of processed
seaweed, mostly from Gelidium corneum--one
of the most common edible alga, dehydrated
and formed into foot-long dry bars which are
either plain or coloured.
