RENEE ARNETT

Career Overview

Renee joined the NS Projects team in February 2007 as assistant project manager. She has studied a
Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Commercial Law at Curtin University of Technology, a Graduate
Certificate in Property Investment and has recently completed a Diploma in Property. Renee is currently
undertaking a Masters Degree in Property (Curtin University of Technology). Renee’s previous experience
includes residential sales administration and commercial property management.

Through her studies, Renee is developing a general overall understanding of various aspects of property
including property management, income property analysis, real estate planning and development and
valuation methodology.

Since joining the NS Projects team Renee has gained valuable on inner city residential land development
projects from market analysis and feasibilities to consultant team coordination, cost control, programming,
report writing and contract administration.
