Having 14 plus years of core experience as retail construction & development Engineer - Projects
involving layout designs and execution, project management, vendor finalization, CAPEX
management, cost analysis, MEP design, site selection, negotiation, construction drawings and team
management, bill of quantities, preparing standard material specs, quality audits & vendor
management.

A chartered architect with 18 years international experience directing the design and management of
high profile and large-scale projects throughout Europe, China and the Middle East. Responsible for
design, planning, program management and delivery of a broad range of project types including
hospitality, residential, retail, mixed-use and master planning. Successfully led multi-disciplinary
teams through all project phases providing leadership and direction in relation to design and project
delivery. Acted as an interface between the client and consultants on complex projects from
inception to completion and handover. Strong project management skills and ability to effectively

15.Review and finalizing of complete MEP drawings for the execution.
16.Final quality auditing and finalizing the long run of vendors for the brand.
