Issues, Projects, & Discussion:
Solar Dok: Partnering with the Eng. Delegation and Envir. Affairs for research and
hopefully Sustainable Carolina for funding; Stefano will be maintaining communication
Solar Chargers: Miller has worked with the Environmental Affairs Cabinet members to
research the top three models for purchase to be passed on to The Director of Thomas
Cooper.
Signs: Alex Drake will be meeting with the Director of Thomas Copper, Beki Gettys to
brainstorm signage.
Study Room Info Blitz: Kate will be getting the information for the Handbill from the
Library to send to Annie. Annie will forward them to Graphic Designer. We hope to pass
them out the week after Thanksgiving (12/6 11:00- 1:00, Greene Street) 50 copies, 200

Syllabus Bank Meeting: Hazel will be meeting with Kenny Tracey, Miller Hane, and Dennis
Pruitt to discuss a timeline and action plan.
Green Class Room Procedure Recommendation: Christian has finished writing; Morgan has been
forwarded for review. Hope to get the legislation passed the week after Thanksgiving.
