Stakeholders- Lucia
List the stakeholders in this project. Who will be most impacted by your project? Describe how each
stakeholder will be impacted by or involved in this project.
Who
How
Breck students by making a social media campaign that will bring awareness to climate
refugees and to the organization. The people then hear about this problem and
organization and decide to donate money to UNICEF or other related organizations. In
addition, we would like to encourage people to be aware of how much energy they are
using and work towards being more eco-friendly. This can be achieved by doing things
such as biking instead of driving and turning off unneeded lights.
Project Goals-Lily
Describe what you hope to accomplish with this plan
1. Spread awareness of rising seas and climate refugees
2. Raise money for climate refugees

Resources-Deirdre
everyone
What resources do you need to implement your plan? Describe what is necessary to take your plan
into action. This may include a few different kinds of support, including financial, human, material,
etc.
For our K2A to work we would require the attention of our peers, support from UNICEF, and a
video camera to film the dancing video. Any other resources needed are mentioned in the budget.

We are going to share the problem through social media with an ASL ice bucket type
challenge. Also, we will reward people who do the challenge and donate money to the
charity a wristband, which when worn will spread the word of the charity and the
challenge.
Sustainability-Maisie
How will you sustain your solution? Describe how your Knowledge to Action plan can continue, even
if your team does not continue to be involved.
We can sustain our solution by continuing to make people aware about rising seas, and
encouraging them to donate to UNICEF. Even if our group becomes less involved, our
partner, UNICEF, will still be supporting the help of climate refugees around the world.
Challenges- Alex
What are potential obstacles to your success? Outline any challenges that you may come across as
you put your plan into action. How do you plan to overcome these challenges?
Some people might not want to dance, but still would like to participate and help. When
people do the video, they might not have a clue what theyre doing it for. Trying to get the
word spread and get it to catch on. We will have a prize for people who donate and help
spread the word. Have another option to do besides dancing. Make the descriptions clear in
the videos. Talk to people from other schools and grades.
Evidence of Success/Evaluation-Maisie
Describe how you will know that your project has been successful. How will you know that you are
making an impact on the problem you seek to address? How will you collect the information needed
to tell whether you have been successful?
Our project is similar to the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge, which raised one-hundred thousand
dollars to donate towards their cause. You can tell if it is successful by contacting the UNICEF, our
partner in collection, and posting updates on social media, where our campaign will be starting.
