HOW TO ACHIEVE
NON- TITLED REPRESENTATIVES, CANDIDATES, UNIT LEADERS, UNIT LEADER PLUS (UL+ AND BELOW)
UL+ and below Representatives who recruit the following number of First Generation Qualifying New Representatives will receive rewards as follows:
Recruit 4 Qualifying New Representatives and receive the Level 1 Reward
Recruit 6 Qualifying New Representatives and receive the Level 1 & Level 2 Rewards
ADVANCE UNIT LEADERS, EXECUTIVE UNITS LEADERS, SENIOR EXECUTIVE UNIT LEADERS AND NATIONAL SENIOR
EXECUTIVE UNIT LEADERS (AUL AND ABOVE)
AULs and above titled Sales Leader Representatives who recruit the following number of First Generation New Unit Candidates will receive reward as
follows:
Recruit 3 First Generation Candidates and receive the Level 1 Reward
Recruit 5 First Generation Candidates and receive the Level 1 & Level 2 Rewards
SENIOR EXECUTIVE UNIT LEADERS AND NATIONAL SENIOR EXECUTIVE UNIT LEADERS (SEUL)
SEUL titled Sales Leader Representatives who recruit 20 New Qualifying New Sales Leader Candidates in their First Three Generations during the Incentive
period will also receive:
On-Stage Recognition at the Make Your Dreams Come True Event
An Invitation to an Exclusive Cocktail Hour at the Event
* Qualifying New Representatives must place an LOA 1 order of $100 or more during the Incentive period and pay for the order on time
** Qualifying Candidates are Representatives who become new Candidates for the first time during the Incentive period and who recruit 1 or more new Representatives who in turn places his or her first order during the Incentive period that is
paid for on time.

TRACKING & ACHIEVERS

Daily tracking will be available on Downline Manager by the national close of Campaign 10.

Achievers will be posted to the Downline Manager the week of July 6th, 2015.

Request for adjustments due to Avon error must be submitted to Springdale Customer Care no later than July 21, 2015.

Any revised Adjustments will be shown on the Downline Manager on July 31, 2015.

IMPORTANT GUIDELINES

Achievers must attend the Make Your Dreams Come True Event in order to receive the rewards. If Achiever does not attend, all rewards are forfeited.
Achievers who have already registered for the Make Your Dreams Come True Event prior to the end of the Incentive Period will receive a credit for the value of their
reward via their original form of payment within 3 weeks following the Event.
Achievers who have not registered for the Make Your Dreams Come True Event by the end of the Incentive Period will receive a promo code good for the value of
the Level of reward they have achieved. Promo code will be emailed on or around August 2, 2015. Level 1 Achievers will use the promo code to register for the
Event. Level 2 Achievers will use the promo code to both register for the Event and to book their hotel room. All promo codes must be redeemed by August 10,
2015. All registration and bookings must be completed through Avons specified conference and travel booking agency.
The registration deadline for the Make Your Dream Come True Event is August 10, 2015. Achievers must register for the Event before the registration deadline date.
Failure to register for the Event on or before August 10, 2015 will result in forfeiture of any and all rewards achieved.
To count for this Incentive, orders must be received by 11:59 P.M. (Representatives local time zone) on the Representatives individual RPS order submission date. In
addition, the order must be paid for in full before 11:59 P.M. (Representatives local time zone) on the Representatives individual RPS order submission date of the
next Campaign.
Reinstatements do not count as Qualifying New Representatives for this Incentive.
Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash or credit towards your Avon account.
1900 Districts are not included in this Incentive
LABCs are not included in this incentive.
Breast Cancer and Domestic Violence cause products do not count toward order size for this Incentive.
Avon reserves the right to audit all performance data, including participating Representatives sales volume and returns, when determining incentive award eligibility
and reserves the right to disqualify or remove any Representative or disqualify any Associate it determines has violated principles of fairness or program intent
Representatives account must be active and in good standing (past due no more than 2 Campaigns and under $500) at the end of the Incentive Period and at the
time of the Event.
Incentive achievement is good for one (1) Representative.
Rewards are not transferrable. Rewards cannot be transferred to a co-applicant on the Achievers account. If the Primary account holder achieves either Level of
this Incentive and does not attend the Event, rewards are forfeited.
Avon reserves the right to substitute a reward of equal value.
Void where prohibited.
